Our Story
360 Property Advantage was founded in 2020 on the idea of a "single stop shop for property solutions," by a collective of real estate, property management, property maintenance and general contractor professionals. Today, 360 has provided over 100 employment opportunities to employees, subcontractors, trades people, and vendors. Additionally, managing and completing hundreds of residential and commercial maintenance and construction projects for satisfied clients All the while, improving the community.
