A proud Cincinnatian and property management professional. Studied Political Science and Organizational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati. Has held multiple operational roles in property management since 2008 in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Utah, Texas and Colorado. A local sports fanatic and socialpreneur. He is dedicated to providing opportunities to clients and employees.

Daniel Murphy
Journeyman carpenter who has been building commercial and residential since 2016. Daniel specializes in commercial structural framing. A natural leader and teacher, he has managed numerous contractors and employees. Notable projects such as the Covington, KY Federal Building, Cincinnati MedPace, and Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House Phases two and three. A motorcycle and fishing enthusiast, who puts the same effort in perfecting his hobbies as he does his trade and craft.

Richard Pompilio
Started punching his construction clock in 1984 for Drees Homes. From laborer to independent contractor managing his own projects. Dick took advantage of the new vinyl siding product in the 90's by specializing in exteriors. Jumping into interiors he has held many roles in the construction industry and has trained hundreds of contractors in the right way to do quality work. While he is a master of all tools and his trade, he enjoys Westerns and local sports.
